Eddie has more than 12 years of experience in the automotive trade and has operated Eddie The Mobile Mechanic since 2023. Found the replacement hose in a single morning after I spent a whole day looking and failing. Considering this was during the period of christmas and new years even harder. He came straight to my house right on time. On top of being extremely punctual, he worked quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and kindly.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My car had a major coolant leak and was overheating. I contacted Eddie who sent out Sam within the hour. Sam assessed the car, found the problem and tried to source the part but was unable to until Tuesday due to being a public holiday and it was a Saturday. I paid him for his service but an hour later he calls me saying he managed to source the part and was en route to the other side of the city to collect. He came back and fixed my car. Sam went above and beyond for me today - I do not take that kind of service for granted. Not only that he was unwaveringly friendly and experienced.

I’ll definitely be using these guys again. 10:10!!

Final prices depend on the vehicle, required oil and parts, access, diagnosis and repair scope. You receive a quote before approved work begins.

24-month / 40,000 km warranty

Eligible parts and workmanship are covered for 24 months or 40,000 km, whichever occurs first from the invoice date. Read the full warranty and consumer-guarantees information.

Unrelated faults, pre-existing damage, misuse and customer-supplied parts are excluded unless agreed in writing. This avoids vague promises and makes the applicable coverage clear for each job.

Reservoir and Preston call-out policy

There is no call-out fee in Reservoir and Preston when the customer proceeds with the repair. Standalone diagnosis and visits outside these suburbs are quoted before attendance.

This is the current local offer. There is no general percentage discount.

Same-day attendance may be available when the schedule, suburb, parts and repair type allow. It is confirmed during booking rather than promised automatically.

Can every job be completed mobile?

Many servicing, diagnostic and repair jobs can be completed on-site. Work requiring a hoist, major engine or transmission rebuilding, wheel alignment or workshop-only equipment may need referral.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Common card, electronic and cash payment methods are accepted. Payment arrangements are confirmed before work begins.

Will logbook servicing affect my manufacturer warranty?

Logbook servicing is completed to the applicable manufacturer schedule using suitable parts and fluids, with service records updated as required.
